FREE: Guide for Fixing Posture and Asymmetries. More information here.
WHY CHOOSE US?
We don’t follow the typical approach used by most trainers and physiotherapists, where clients are simply told they have, for example, an overloaded lower back, and are then recommended generic core exrecises or stretches for the hip flexors, hamstrings or McKenzie method.
Such an approach ignores the real root cause of the problem—and may even make it worse.
Instead, we go much deeper. We base our work on the principles of modern biomechanics and thorough analysis of:
✔️ pelvic alignment,
✔️ breathing patterns,
✔️ foot contact with the ground,
✔️ and overall motor control by the nervous system.
This allows us to target the true causes of asymmetries — not just their symptoms. We help the body rediscover balance, which becomes the foundation for healthy movement, strength, performance, and long-term resilience.
OUR VALUES
▷ Individualized Approach
Every person is unique and therefore requires their own path. We don’t rely on universal methods—instead, we design tailored strategies based on movement pattern analysis that address your specific needs.
▷ Combining Modern Theory and Practice
We draw on methods developed by the PRI (Postural Restoration Institute), which connect neurology, breathing, posture, and foot-ground contact. We translate these concepts into simple and practical exercises.
▷ Education for Long-Term Results
Our goal is not just to relieve current discomfort but to teach you how to understand your own body. This empowers you to change your movement habits for the long term—and maintain the improvements.
▷ Online and In-Person
We primarily offer our services online, but we are flexible and can also arrange in-person sessions. Online collaboration allows us to work from anywhere while dedicating more time to analyzing your movement patterns, which are often at the core of persistent issues.
