If you’ve ever felt that something is “off” in your body, or struggled with pain, limited mobility, then you are not alone.
Maybe you’ve tried some exercises and methods, but nothing really worked, and here’s why — most approaches don’t address the root cause of the problem. We all tend to develop unique compensations over time that cause our issues. To truly fix these problems, it’s essential to properly assess the body, identify compensations, and apply the right tailored exercises.
And that’s the biggest issue right now — you’ll find plenty of generic solutions, but very few that actually solve the underlying cause.

We realize that everyone is unique, and one program cannot work for everyone. That’s why we designed our programs to work as learning materials too.
We explain how to assess your body to find compensations, and throughout the program we provide clear guidance on how to adjust the training to your individual needs. This is what makes our programs so special.
Although biomechanics can be overwhelming, we wrote the materials in a way that everyone can understand. This makes our programs valuable for everyone no matter if you’re a trainer learning biomechanics to apply with clients, or just a regular person trying to fix your own issues.

BODY RESTORATION PROGRAM
A 2-month program focused on resetting the body, restoring proper movement patterns, and eliminating pain.
Suitable for anyone, regardless of previous exercise experience. The program is designed for 2 months, but can be extended based on individual needs.
This program is for those who want to:

Work independently and learn the fundamentals of our methodology.

Learn how to identify their own movement limitations and understand their causes.

Improve posture and eliminate postural asymmetries.

Reset movement patterns, especially in the pelvic area.

Move more efficiently, with less tension and without compensations.

Eliminate chronic pain—whether it concerns the back (SI joint, piriformis tension, or discomfort related to disc herniation), shoulders, elbows, or other areas.
The program is based on the latest findings in biomechanics and includes exercises that we have found to be the most effective for majority of people.
The program takes only 15 minutes a day and does not require any special equipment. It is recommended to have a foam roller, an overball, and a light resistance band.
